It's the only explanation that I have.
the paper doesn't say anything about it being regarding exemptions though. It says the case will be discharged at the new date; unless objections are filed.

I will be checking my PACER a few times this next week and early next week to see if I get an early discharge. We all want a discharge and not a dismissal!

Jribe keep us posted as you should be seeing something for sure this week!

well- it's day 45, and there's be no activity on PACER. I'm assuming i won't get a discharge until the 60th day- 1/22.

            oh well ...

Same here no activity on PACER since 12/14/2009. I'm only at day 36 since my 341 meeting, so we'll see. I'm at a point if it takes another month oh well, as long as it is discharged! I guess my mortgage company (Chase) didn't fill an objection... Fresno, CA foreclosures have increased over 4% since 2008 and bankruptcies over 50% since 2008! So I'll just be a freeloader and wait for the foreclosure to happen and put a nice chunk of money away each month before I have to move!
If anything happens on PACER I post...
