I have done a ton of research on this and ended up more confused than when I started. Due to the current economic condition I am going back and forth on what to do. I have been married for 4 yrs and never worried about how things were titled but if I m reading correctly anything that I have in my name solely is up for grabs?? I can hold off a bit and currently am not late on anything. Can I make all accounts, titles, corporations joint without it being fraudulent conveyance? I want to protect as much as possible but I'm also not trying to pull a scam.
