I'm just over the income limit and have about $277 DMI. My attorney told me that "IF" my income drops and stays down and "IF" my DMI drops because of the loss of income we would have to review the means test again before I could convert.
I don't see a problem with converting to a chapter 7 because my wife did a company stock cash out that pushed her normal income up $750 a month. When thats gone it should clear out our DMI and put us under on our states income limit.
For Nevada I will have to do the means test again.
