Cleveland Ohio 341 question

Hi ,we are in cleveland ohio..last year 2008 we had a LOT of money! due to cashing out a parcial payment of our retirement, this year 2009.hah! we went thru it like water...no luxeries just gone.foolish spending, nothing much to show.

We have retained a lawyer, who is known to be GREAT,,, but he is very hard to get to over the phone. So I post questions here, cause you guys and Ladies are Great!

My question is ...does anyone or has anyone had experience with a 341 in Cleveland? Are they brutal? how far do they go back on income? CC's chages? bank statements? gifts? transfers?

I am so scared I can;t believe it...this is constantly on my mind...like I said 2008 was great for us...2009 was a bust!my husband and I are now on retirement and thats it!
I would appreciate snything anyone can tell me about the Cleveland 341's ...thanks a bunch

You may want to mention who your trustee is -- they can vary widely even within the same district.

We had our 341 last monday and it was a breeze. Asked very few questions and even called our lawer the next day to let him know he wasnt going to file any objections.
Our layer says we are basically cleared but still have to wait 60 days.
