Hi,
Filing a nonconsumer chapter 7 in about a month or so. Spouse isn't filing and I still earn a nice income, but I don't have to take the means test so i can file chapter 7.
My concern is the timeline of when i will be able to buy back my nonexempt property. I know the 341 is about a month from filing. When would I negotiate (or my lawyer negotiate) the buybacks generally?
I want to take a vacation with my wife to celebrate being done (or close to done) with all this. Her spring break (teacher) is April 3-11. I will likely file in late January, giving me a late Feb. 341. Is it generally shortly after that i can do the buyback, cut a check and get on with life? Or will it likely stretch out more than that?
