    predators

    Had my 341 yesterday. Actually all seemed to go well.. I only saw a few lawyers, The trustee seemed nice and respectful.. Actually he even made a little joke when he asked if any creditors were here he said predators "by accident" it was kinda nice how true it is.. I thought to myself as I was driving home just how the banks just seem to keep on thriving, new banks keep popping up here and there, this is why they can let us little fish get away. They are charging people so much with credit cards it really is a criminal way to conduct bussiness and that they are allowed to do this. The government should not allow this type of loan sharking.. But they do, After you have gone through this process stay safe don't be tempted to let this type of borrowing get you in trouble again. Stay away from the "Predators" I mean "creditors"...

      thats right! preditors they are and they are out to take your money!

      using your credit cards every month to buy things is like going to a 20% PRICE INCREASE SALE - and thats only if you pay it off in under 1 year.

      original price: $25 --->SALE PRICE: $30
      original price: $80 --->SALE PRICE: $100

      total over paid: $25 (at the very least)

      you could have used that money to buy the original item with cash

      think about how much of a markup it is if you keep balances for over 2 years...
      Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

        LOL...
        I can just picture a few creditors about to stand up and then quickly sit back down and afraid to come up after that.

            Redeagle,
            Your Trustee is really a NICE PERSON until he see's an asset of yours that he can take and sell and make money off of..... then he turns into a VULCHER.......

            Money kinda turns his HEAD................

            If you've got an unusual Trustee - then consider yourself STRIKING LUCKY because most aren't..............

            Believe me THEY ARE PAID WELL FOR THEIR SERVICES.... by the court, and the assets they can retreive....
