The only other expense the UST is contesting is car repair. Both of our cars are over 100,000 miles, one is 10 years old and one is 9. I am not sure how we would make it through a 13 for 5 years on these cars and continue the repair with the amount the UST is suggesting as resonable. The other issue for us is our mortgage, we have one year left on our fixed rate, then who knows. I agree with mautang21 as we have been under so much stress prior to filing and now going through this I just want it all to be over some how some way.

You should be easily able to claim $200 for any car more than 6 years old or over 75,000 miles.
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I would put it on line 17 (Other) and list it as "Vehicle > 6YR/75K miles".

justbroke, thank you. I am really riding the median line where each $ will matter. with that 200 dollars allowed for that, if allowed, will make my case looking good for 7. I will drive to my lawyer tomorrow and put my amendments. Again thank you.
