Sorry, posted 2X....for once I'm faster than my computer

    How about this.....

I think you do the solid start (2nd course) $24, for 3-4 hours of pain and suffering...cause you can't skip through it.

      I used this one: http://www.nationalpersonalfinance.com/main.asp

It's two hours long and $14.95. Make sure whichever course you select is locally approved.

They are looking for the after 341 counseling course. Ours was very good. About $35 online for both of us. Two hours online and was a very good course. We enjoyed it. 'Hub

I did mine through Greenpath. I'm in MI. My attorney had me do mine as soon as I had my case number, not after my 341.

              Counseling Certificate

I used this place upon my lawyer's recommendation. It was $30 for the pre-filing and $25 for the pre-discharge. Very user friendly. It was very informative too!

You can complete it online and for the pre-filing certificate at the conclusion of the class you have to call before they will issue the certificate. I think it took about an hour to complete but I can't remember.

You do not need to call at the conclusion of the pre-discharge one which you can also do online. That one took about 2 hrs to complete.

Also, they will email or fax the certificate to you. I thought the staff was great.

              Hope this helps.

$12.50 for the personal debt management course (the one you take after you file) and $35.00 for prefiling course.

I am in MI and they sent me my cert the next day via email and they also email to attorney.

Thanks all exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely look over all and find the best bargain.

For the first Certificate I used www.abacuscc.org

Qualified for a free course and free certificate (no income) took the course in less then 30 minutes and certificate was emailed within the hour from taking the test, they don't offer the second course and recommended Sage Personal Finance sagepf.com
