Letter from the TT in case today.

1st was the notice of the 341 meeting.

2nd was concerning 2009 taxes, he states I cannot use electronic filing, I have to file a paper return, he must have copies within 45 days of the 341. Not a problem there my returns will be done before the 341. looks like from what the letter says I am going to lose my federal refund, I normally pay state, so big deal there.

3rd was about swine flu...

i had my 341 today, im in TN
they just told me if my refund was over 3500.00 I would have to give the difference to the trustee
