    Finally! Merry X-mas to me!

After constantly hounding our lawyer for 2 weeks, we are finally discharged and closed!

Lawyer moved office and was having 'technical' difficulties. When I had finally had enough I said, "Pacer shows nothing, (crickets) and I can look there just as well as you can. Either you can call the TT direct or I can. Guess what? Later that day she calls and says,

You are closed and discharged as of right now. Somehow you fell through the cracks. So had she called the TT 2 weeks ago....

    But! We are DONE!

Nice! Gratz! So, you were an asset case, right? Did you actually have to fork over anything?

Hi CC. I can't speak for the OP but in our case we were offered the opportunity to purchase our non-exempt assets back from the BK estate. We paid $450.00 a month for a year to the trustee until the terms of the agreement were satisfied. Had we not been able to make these payments, I can't say what would happen.
