What does this mean?

The UST and our lawyer came to an agreement that if we amended our B22 that the UST would not contest it. We did so and had a telephone hearing on 12/16/09.

This is what I saw on Pacer today:

Court minutes from hearing held on 12/16/09 RE: Adjourned hearing on motion of UST to dismiss case. An adjourned hearing on this matter was scheduled for 3/18/10 at 9:00 am in Rm. 133.

Any idea what this means? Are we going to trial?

Sounds like the in person hearing was set for march, but since you did it by telephone that hearing is no longer needed. At least that's what I understand it as.

I pulled up the document and under disposition it read: The court scheduled an evidentary hearing on March 18, 2010.....

I guess I was hoping against hope that the UST would stick to their end of the bargain.

BTW Debtender: Saw your signature and coincidentally 1 creditor showed up at our 341, my dad's lawyer. Yep ya gotta love family feuds! Thanks.

Yea lucky in my case it did not manage to affect the outcome or drag it out like it has in yours if I recall. She sure did try however.....

Is it possible the hearing in march has just not been removed off pacer? Or perhaps they are just getting all the I's dotted etc before updating.

I just don't know what to think. There is no hearing for March scheduled on Pacer. I haven't received a notice of a hearing from the courts or our lawyer via snail mail. I guess I'll have to wait until next week to get my answers. It's going to be a long weekend!
