    Discharged!

I just saw on Pacer that I am indeed discharged!

I am also sure that "Asset case" deal is all about the $990.00 I made in payments over three months to one creditor just prior to filing. I will owe taxes for this year and own nothing else and the matter was discussed at the 341. In addition, I was made an "asset" case for this $990.00 back on 10/27/09. So, I think if they suspected I had anything else, I sure would know by now.

I am actually kind of glad they are taking that money back from the company I paid it to-serves them right for all they put me through over one massively inflated debt!

Anyway, I am really and truly DISCHARGED! Bring on the hamsters!

          Thanks all

I am pretty happy about this. In retrospect, my first advice to anyone of course would be do all you can to avoid owing BK worthy debt, but just as importantly when you know you need to file deep down, DO it! This is such a relief, and I hugely wish I had done it two or three years ago.

Mery Christmas or whatever applies to all
