    Pacer..

    OK, luker here.. coming out to ask questions..

    I kept seeing posts about Pacer. so I enrolled..
    I wanted to check on my CH7.
    I was charged $1 already and I didn't even pull anything up... Cant figure out how!!

    1 - How do you find info on Pacer..
    2 - How much are you usually charged to pull up info to actually get info...

    *341 Meeting --> 12/01/2009* ...........*Court 2/9/2010 Ojections to Exemptions

    8 cents per page, the billing is quarterly and you do not get billed unless you reach a min of $10. If you have a debit or credit card it is automatically (usually) charged to the card quarterly. To make sure you do not spend too much, just put in your case number in the appropriate BK District and check the docket to see if there are new documents to download. Don't open anything if there are no new documents.

        Yes, you can search by SSN. Those are the only two ways to reduce your costs... by case number of by SSN.
