Just got back from 341 -MI EASTRN DIST..

Had filed C7 on Nov 06-09

had my 341 this am...i now understand the importance of having a good bk aiiorney...just 2 questions after the swear-in formalities -

1. how did u value ur house...ur couny sev says its almost 1.5 times ur stated value ?

2. how did u manage with no income this yr..?

entire process took about 5 mins till the tee announced the meeting over. spent more time waiting --like someone had mentioned will happen.

Credit for making the entire process educative, smooth, ease of mind and moral strength to go thru this ( some people call it a hell hole ) from when i decided to file until today goes to :

80% - this forum and fellow members

20% - having a excellent lawyer ( one who understands the DOCUMENTAION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS OF A SPECIFIC DISTRICT/UST )

congratulations! I posted my 341 report from yesterday as well in the 341 forum.

I can't agree more about having a good attorney, based on what I saw. Twice, attorneys had not submitted or brought with them the required information in the cases I watched before mine.
