My 341 meeting was today. I got a chance to listen in on a couple that did not go particularly well. One was apparently a pro se filer who did not list her home or her car among her assets, nor were the mortgage and car loan on the schedules. TT said to amend the petition to include those.
Next one was a corporate case where a husband and wife were co-owners of the business; he was the president, and she was the vice president. He had apparently already been discharged in a personal case earlier, and as it turns out it was apparently a no-asset corporate case, for which the TT was questioning why the corporate 7 was pending in the first place.
I was next. Standard questions, and other than a pending tax refund, nothing new to add. I was prepared well, though; I had the bank statements and all in a binder, ready to go.
So now that is over with, and I am now officially in the 60-day club (though I have been for a few days - the 341 was rescheduled from the 10th because my attorney had a schedule conflict), and hoping for nothing out of the ordinary to happen.
