Business owner and chapter 7 in California

I am a sole prop of a services business in Ca. I am looking to file personal bk under chapter 7. My question is, if i file chapter 7 for personal, would i lose my business? I currently have 2 years left on my lease
I spoke to a bk attorney and she said that for me to file chapter 7 for personal, and that i would still keep my business. She said i can still keep my business, because i have the right to resume my lease, unless the landlord wants me out. I've been a great tenant and always paid my rent on time.
I was thinking of forming an LLC
