Proper way to list our names?

When I list my name and my husbands name on the exhibits and schedules what is the proper format to do so? The NOLO book isn't specific in the cases of joint debtors as how to list the names...

Should be it

In re: "Jane Anne Doe and Jim Joe Doe" OR

In re: Jane Anne and Jim Joe Doe OR others?

If its the first example then I come to my next problem, my full name (first middle and last) and my husband's name (first middle and last) doesn't fit on the line!

I put "In re: Jim J. Doe and Jane A. Doe" which, in my case, saved enough space so that our names fit in the spaces.

I looked at another case in PACER which was done by a lawyer, and it was filled out "In re: Doe, Jim J. & Doe, Jane A.". Here, they saved space with & instead of "and."

be very careful when you look up other cases on pacer: remember that 8cents a page can really add up very fast.
