Schedule F question

I am filing in pro se in Calif and I am not sure how to list collection agencys
on schedule F.
If I list the original creditor with the amount owed and then list the collection agency with the same amount owed the total would not be correct.

Or do I list the collection agency " amount unknown"

The NOLO book says to list the original creditor with the amount and when you list the others just put ditto marks ("). That way you don't put that debt amount twice and screw up your debt values. Good luck!

Thanks, I read that from the Nolo book but didn't quite understand it.
