    pacer question

hey how you guys doing. im new to the forum and filed for chpt 7 back on 11-05 and had my 341 meeting 12-10. everything went well and i should be fine. my question is i plan on giving back my car, i've called gmac multiple times about picking it up and they just say they're going to wait until my case is discharged before they come get it. i just dont want to be caught off guard though and be out at the store then go back to my car and its not there. i just signed up for pacer so i can check the status of my bk once a week but i was wondering where on pacer i could check to see if gmac has requested a relief from stay. i've read numerous threads on pacer but i guess im just slow any help would really be appreciated

I believe you will find it under history\documents on PACER.

Funny...I was just looking on PACER myself for a copy of the reaffirmation agreement that was given to my attorney and I cannot find it under history/documents and he had a copy of it for me to sign...hmmmm.....

Rob, try docket report not History. It is the same thing but annotated a bit better.

Clos24 if you keep a good rapport with the bank, they will not just repo it. They told you you have until discharge. After discharge make arraignments with them to meet the guy with the roll-back. No problem. Give him the keys, get a receipt. 'Hub
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Rob the reaffirmation agreement is not filed on Pacer until you sign it, the lender signs it and your attorney signs it. If your attorney does not want to sign, then you have to get approval from the court. Then it is filed on Pacer. It has to be filed before your discharge to be valid.
