I just got discharged! I'm so excited! Now just waiting for it to close. How do you know what debts were discharged? The only reason I ask is because in the documents on pacer, there is a document that states more than double what I was filing for. Do they include your mortgage in that?

In most states, everything is discharged, even if you forget one or two. You have an implied injunction. Unless you with to pay through or you reaffirmed a debt, you are free at last.
BTW, don't you deserve a Dance of Victory? I believe you do, so......here you go:
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
