Quick question.
I have been getting a call from Nationwide Collections. I told them I was discharged. The guy drilled me for lawyer's number and case #.
I gave him all of this. Will they call my attorney to verify, or should I send the original debt owner a copy of the discharge. Will the collection agency just send the info to the original owner?
Now that I am fixing my credit reports, I am trying to avoid the hassle of fixing any erroneous bad marks.
Thanks
