Had my 341 today. Went very smooth. Here is just a recap of how it went for those in Michigan.
Arrived early, first one there at 8:25a, roads were really bad so I left too early..haha
Trustee arrived, people started arriving as well. The court room was VERY packed. I was a bit nervous but never really get too worked up about things. I was called up and here is how it went:

Did you reside in your county for 6 months prior to filing?
Did you read the information packet and understand all of the information?
Have you ever filed BK before?
Can you sell your home for more that what you owe on it?
Do you owe anyone money?
Does anyone owe you money?
Do you pay any alimony or child support to anyone?
Any creditors present with questions?
In the last year prior to filing have you transferred any balances from one credit card to another?
In the past year have you repaid any money to any relatives as a loan repayment?
In the last 6 years have you given away or transferred any property worth $4000 or more to anyone?
I have nothing further, you are dismissed, thank you.
Wow...awesome!! Lets hope for a great 60 days ahead.
My trustee was very nice but also very firm and there were a few people who were asked many more questions regarding their home values and such and I could tell the trustee was "digging" in deeper to their situation.
