I tried to get an answer from my lawyer on this but it just wasn't clear. I will be filing CH 7 soon and am under the median. Does anyone have any thoughts on if I can have a family member directly pay my rent which would be in the 7th month(not part of the lookback for income) but would be about 5 days before I file. Would this be a problem? I don't want to let the rent be late and I won't have adequate income without family help for at least 2 months with a new job. Thanks.
