Reaffirming Home Mortgage questions

Hi,

I have a biz line of credit with National city. I am a personal guarantor (with 2 other people). The credit is in the business name.

I am goign to file non-consumer chapter 7 and my personal home loan is through National city as well. Could this pose any problem with reaffirming the home loan, or would those be two totally separate things?

Two separate things... unless you pledged the home as collateral for the business loan.
