    I've Been Discharged

    I called the Bankruptcy Clerks office, and tried to be nice as can be, and asked nicely about the status of my case.

    The woman on the phone said I was discharged yesterday, and that I should be receving my discharge papers in the next few days.

    I am glad it's finally over with, and I can be free from my debts

                          I waited close to 75 days..The 60 days passed, and I decided to call.....My 341 was 9-15-09 and my 60 days was 11-15, and I calledo on 12-2-2009.....
