Mortgage and Credit Report

On transunion and equifax my mortgage is shown as included in BK and balance zero. On experian it is listed as active and late. I have disputed 2 times but it keeps getting verfied. I thought if i included in BK and DID NOT reaffirm that it would show as discharged.

How do i pursue this?

You can send a 623 letter (that is a letter to the CRA for Method of Verification) and if they still will not correct, sue them. Look at www.creditinfocenter.com in the forum section under Repair for details about the letter.
