When I retain a lawyer, they want statements from my bank accounts for the last 12 months.
I have obtained statements for my main account but, my questions are for two other accounts-
Account 2 - old account at another bank before opening my now main one over a year ago - if there has been no activity and the balance has stayed below a few dollars, is it necessary to print out the statements? will they want them anyway?
Account 3 - I just found out a parent added my name to one of their bank accounts in case of emergency, do I have to provide statements for this one? Will my filing affect them in any way in regards to this?
