It Is Nov 30th And The Last Day For Objections Per Pacer Is Dec 5th. I Am Quite Nervous No Matter What People Will Say. Im Scared Due To Non Official Seperation From Wife. Im Worried That They Will Question My Income And My Expenses As With The Wife I Could Pay All The Bills Just Fine. Now Its Just Me. Im Worried They Will Question Large Cash Withdraw Dealing With Gambling And Im Worried They Will Question Everything. This Is So Nerve Racking. In The Next 7 Days Im Praying Nothing Goes Wrong. I've Recently Received Some Help With Parents So I Have Extra Money. Will They Review My Cash Withdraws From Bank Account Recently? Question The Extra 800 Dollars Due To Family Generosity And Putting A Student Loan On Hold? Do They Monitor Your Day To Day Finances? I Make 54k And Am Seperated? Do They Care As I Have No Assets? What Triggers The Questions. I Have Reviewed All Cases Filed In July And August In Regards To My Trustee And Not One Has Been Dismissed Unless Fees Wern't Paid Or The Person Did Not Show Up. Every Time I Asked My Lawyer Questions About My Worries He Called Me Perry Mason And Thought I Was Nutz. They Said Don't Worry About Anything As Nothing Goes Wrong. I Am Rambling Again But Can't Stop Worrying. Wow How Do You People Make It. If I Was Minny I Would Of Jumped Off A Bridge

I'd say that you better just calm down and wait... there is nothing you can do now anyway, right? Worrying will not help you now. Relax.I'm in N. California ... Thanks for your replies!

dumbpig,
CALM YOURSELF DOWN........NO TIME TO COME UNGLUED!!!
Save the "worrying" until you have something to worry about - then it will be bad enough then!!!!
Most bankruptcy's go exteremely smooth, no problems, if your honest and file accordingly.
The only thing might cause you a problem is cash advances close to filing, and trying to hide any assets, or transfer of property. (or like in my case - have a bad title on a mobile home for 8 years).........
Stay cool......you should be okay more than likely. Most are and come thru it smoothly and with flying colors.
The thought of "jumping off a bridge" - DUH..............
BELIEVE ME - THE THOUGHT DID CROSS MY MIND!!!!
Thank goodness I'm a "sane" person!!!!
I'm a SURVIVOR and keep "hanging in there"..
Saturday is "auction day" for my home....... this week has been terrible LONG and ROCKY. ... my nerves are SHOT , but I keep "handing in there"!!
We are "bidding" at the auction, hope it rains and snows like crazy, and hope nobody is really interested - or can't afford my home.....then we can purchase it back (thanks to a dear and close friend who is purchasing it for me till I can buy it back).
Say a prayer that Saturday will be a 'LUCKY DAY' for me and I can enjoy this Christmas instead of it being like last Chrismas - THE PITS.....
So worry when you have something to worry about - be kind to yourself and stay busy - it will help.
Keep me posted,
MinnyMinny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
