can i include taxes in my ch 7 bk

i owe about 3k in taxes for withdrawing my ira early.

my question is can i include this in a ch7 bk, if you need more info than just that, please let me know any questions.

You still need to "list" the taxes in your bankruptcy. you are required to disclose all debt regardless if the debt can be discharged.

For what tax year were the taxes? If the taxes were for 2006, 2007, or 2008, then that tax debt cannot be discharged yet.
