Please help me with this question

After the objection date (60 days after 341 meeting) will chapter 7 bk petition go to US trustee for varification?

When usually US trustee will look into that?

My 60 days is over (11-23-2009) but I did not see the discharge in my pacer.

You are ripe for the discharge. Congrats. If the UST has not filed anything by now they are out of the picture.

If the UST hasn't already contacted your Attorney or you within 10-30 days of the 341 Meeting... it is 99.99% of the time smooth sailing!
