hi again all, the final day for objections from creditors was yesterday the 28 th.....when i had 341 meeting the trustee told me i would have to appear in court for final confirmation meeting, I filed pro se and understood that all prose filers had to go before the judge for their final meeting, i had re-confirmed my mortgage before the 341 meeting and had told the trustee this ......i havnt heard anything from the bk court {im in ala} and im wondering if i will hear or should i try to find out by calling, which i probably will do but just wondered if i am being too impatient or if the fact that i had already re confirmed might make a dif ?? does nay one have any idea on this procedure.......thanks ,

Did you sign reaffirm papers on your mortgage? If not those papers are supposed to be signed before discharge..... You need to make a phone call if you have not!!!!!

yes i did sign re-affirm papers in fact I signed them before my341 meeting and told the trustee i had already signed them thats why i was wondering if that made a dif ..as to whether you still have to appear before the judge..I havnt recieved any notification for going before the judge nor have i gotten and discharge notice yet .....

Some districts require you to appear if you signed a reaffirmation agreement. Check with your friendly and helpful court clerk ASAP!
