What is notice only?

My attorney forgot to add some of my creditors. It looks like to me that they disregarded all the copies of bill and just used the ones on the credit report. Wouldnt it be the best thing to list ALL the bills I provided including the collectors?


The attorney listed some of my original creditors on my petition as "notice only" and amt of claim "0". The original creditors have sent some of my bills to collectors. Was this a good idea?

Some of my original creditors were not listed at all, only the collectors. Is that ok?

If it's no asset chapt 7 it doesn't matter if they are listed.

I had somethign like this happen. When the credit called to collect I provided them a copy of the discharge letter. Since I had the debt prior to filing they accepted that and wrote off the debt.
