we have a loan with Fifth third

We have been just been paying them for 4 mos and no problems here without the reaffirmation.

i think legally they can't repo when there is a non-bk owner who continues to pay on it. just like they could go after your son for any joint debt because the son did not file, they cannot take his property if he is paying on it.

so if they repo, it's because their records have a mistake not listing your son as owner. maybe you should call the bank and make sure that the son is properly listed as owner. that should be enough.
