I don't intend to relax much but I did get my official notice from the BK court....there a NO deficiencies....my 341 is Dec. 18th....last day for objections is 02/16/2010. Since I filed Pro Se, a little voice is telling me to be proud of myself...for now.

Do yourself a favor and go to PACER and verify the documents. It will also show you if a creditor has entered a notice of appearance. -

Yes, I did. Everything is listed there. (I did not look at the individual documents - just the recap - I don't need to pay .08 cents per page for that)...there are also no "notices of Appearance" either....Originally posted by tlcabk View PostComment
