30 days.....?

We had our 341 on the 27th of Dec., so I guess today is our day 31 and no one has claimed against us yet. The rental has had a request for the motion, and now our home. I am putting things in boxes but the trustee filed to stop the motion on our home. We are giving that home up, and in MO I am not sure how much longer we will have to stay there. We are not paying anything and have not for a while. But, we have 30 days left for discharge, so I am feeling much better everyday! After Christmas I hope to report a discharge, but the holidays may slow the court. I guess we need to make plans on a Dec. or Jan move?

Just curious, what reason did the trustee give for not lifting the stay? I thought getting the stay lifted was pretty much a formality.

I read it on the free court docs, and there wasn't an answer. Maybe on Pacer, but I don't have access.. sorry.
