OK to make $500?

We have filed last week, and have an opportunity to do a bit of work next weekend and make $500. Sure would help with the holidays.
Now that we've filed, it shouldn't affect our DMI correct? If they see a deposit after we've filed, how will that work?

I know these have all been awnsered before somewhere, but its late, I'm tired, and just hoping someone will have the quick answer.

Just because you filed does not mean you have to remain bankrupt. You can earn. 500 bucks is not going to be of any concern to anyone. All that really matters is what you had before filing, not after. Now if somehow you got a job making 500 bucks an hour then there may be an issue.
