    those are estimated dates. anythign can and does change. not often though.

    bascially it is like this.

    you file on date X.

    X + 30 days is your 341.

    341 + 30 days then no more objections to the exemptions.

    341 + 30 days + 30 days is no more objections to your discharges requested.

    in pacer look at all your stuff. its cheap.

    after that only look deeper if the "Date OF Last Filing" changes. if that changes then something was added basically. so that way you can save money. a bill uner $10 doesnt get charged, ever.

      The only thing I saw that was entered recently, was about my 341. If I do see something filed, how will I know if it should cause me concern?

        umm, read it i guess. and if it sounds bad post it here.

        anything postd after your 341 is gonna be bad news, unless is a discharge. you are wanting that date to stay the same everytime you log in.

        for example, adismissal would be pretty bad lol.

          Everything else was just the normal stuff.

                Don't do that to me! The last thing I need right now is the sh!t scared out of me.....LOL! Man, I need a drink! As soon as the wife gets home, I'm going to hit happy hour at the local bar and grill and have a couple of 24ouncers. They're $1.50 from 3pm-7pm everyday.

                          Bkfiler-how many days do you have left in the 60 day club? You should be getting into the final stretch, right?
                          Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.
