well, you want the good news or bad news first?

bad news: it aint over until pacer gets updated with the discharge and you get the filing in the mail. also, you are now booted from the 60 day club and in limbo with staci. shes not so bad to be around. dont let her get you into trouble.

good news: after its 5 days past the discharge deadline more then likely its a done deal if you havent heard from your attorney or seen anything updated in pacer. usually if osmeone complained, like the us trustee then it gets entered right away since they have a formal complaint to write - or they just extend it in pacer - this is because they are actually working on it.

congrats! whoo hoo! and i hope it sticks!

We had our 341 mtg 12/16, now an official member of the "60 day club"; any ideas on what to expect during this time frame? Everything went well at the 341 mtg, trustee just said he'd probably have someone call to do a quick appraisal on cars; his appraisor called less than a wk later, we gave him info he requested, and said that was all he needed...

So, I guess I'm really wondering what kind of things should I be looing for on Pacer? Any activity? Thanks for the forum!

you are looking for the trustees report of no distribution if that is what you are expecting. regardless, you should monitor any activity. no need to waste money on pacer by digging into the same documents. just look at the initial header 'Date Of Last Filing' and if it changed then you need to go to 'docket' to see what was added, otherwise nothing is new.

            18 days and counting!

Our 60 days turned into 120 days when the Trustee got an extension to "further investigate filer's affairs"....our 341 was Sept. 16.

Jan. 15 is our last day for creditor objections. I'll be glad when this is over!

Often a Trustee will ask for an extension - especially if he is buried under like they have been lately.
If you've heard nothing since the extension by now - you will probably be okay.

Ok guys, where do I go from here??? My 60 day deadline for objections was yesterday and there are no objections for discharge

I know there is some sort of controversy here about .... is you is or is you not a discharged person... so anyway, I do know that my 60 days are up and so it has been great being in this club but time for me to move on, most of you won't be here 60 days from now anyway.

Bkfiler, I'm going on over to the discharged club and see if they will let me in

Well Staci that is good news to me, I did not want to miss the BBQ. I was planning on dancing and I did get a new "outfit". Let's just say I had planned on wearing $20.00 bills over particular body parts... the song I have been practicing to is "I've got you under my skin" or is it "you've gotten under my skin" hmmmm anyway,.... the dance, the song and the "outfit" will be dedicated to Lightning.

Ok, I know he won't be at the party but I wanted to do something to honor him.

She probably exempted those 20's, or earned 'em after filing. (BKfiler wouldn't be able to handle the disappointment otherwise!)
