I did a history account search.....it lists all the days we logged on and the what ss# we looked at and it lists the charges from ....10/03/05 to 12/19/05 the total is $2.64
We signed up for Pacer in Sept, but the letter here is dated 09/29/05 and we first logged on 10/03/05.
I even printed up our entire case/file so I had it at home here.

well then you probably only downloaded a few things.

if you always just look at your case and use your own social then your own heading will pop up at no cost to you. this is where you can see of anything changed on the "Date Of Last Filing". if it changed then time to look closer at the 'docket' option as see what is new/added to the end of the list.

when you do things on pacer you should see a footer at the bottom of the page with a page count and cost.

i doubt you are getting this free.

I'm able to search Pacer by name, SS#, case #, etc. I can also run reports by dates & other criterias. (SO I can pull a report of all ch. 7's filed within a range of dates, or could further specify just my trustee.)

I also tried putting in case #'s similar to mine. Such as if I'm 05-00999 (NOT!) then 05-00199 would be someone who filed before me.

C - subtract A from B and multiply by 2. subtract 1. how much is that?

minny, we cant just let any riff raff in here with us hun. integrity of the 60 Day Club is of the utmost importance.

We do not allow people that:

1 - are prior or recent trustees, us trustees. period.

2 - judges until after we have reviewed their case history and every single case has gone in the way of the debtor. no ifs, ands, or buts.

3 - people that want to be in here just because we are cooler then them.

4 - people that are passed their discharge date, claim they have been discharged, try to join a discharge group without any luck, and still want to hang out with us here cuz they miss us. (s - t - a - c - i)
