I filed this morning at 9AM. Clerk was very nice, sorted through my paperwork, and told me I was missig 3 forms. All were not on the checklist I had...no biggie, she filed it gave me a list of what was missing and said I ll see you tomorrow. Now I m just wondering when we will have our 341...guess I ll find out soon enough.

Very nice. My Clerk had a similar issue. I was using the "national" form, and they had a "local" form for the declaration of SSN. Oh well... I filled it in right at the counter!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
