    Wow....offers for car loans?

    Are these people serious?? (I need a new car loan like I need a second left foot...) but I filed late last Thursday and have gotten offers for 5 freakin' car loans already.

    I'm tempted to write on the Envelope "Return to sender. Not interested. Stop wasting your time, paper and postage"

    We filed Friday and Discover sent us a letter saying "Enjoy you new spending power" and upped our credit limit $2500. We recieved it the day we filed.
    This is AFTER 2 months of NON payment and numerous daily phone calls.

    Oh yes, we had already told them we were filing weeks ago.
    Go figure.
    Filing cpt.7 11/09 341- 1/21/10
    Report of no distribution 1/21/10
    Scheduled for discharge 3/22/10 (on my 15th wedding anniversary!)

      Amazing... they know pretty soon you will be "debt free"

      And they can't wait to lend you more money!

          I've gotten several... Even ones claiming that doing a 'ride through' will hurt your credit and financing a used car through them will improve my credit faster post BK.

          Crazy... I like how these people pray on us like they know we have more money now.
