Filed but Attorney is messing me up!

I provided the Attorney all my bills that I worked very hard on organizing and copying at the end of August with the plan to file in October. I kept calling them to ask them when I should come in to file my petition but they said they were still updating the petition. On Oct 28th-2 days before the end of the month I called and asked WHAT'S GOING ON!!! because October is almost over and next month I may not quality!! They forgot about my case and had to file it as an emergency because my house was in forclosure and the sale date was only a few days away. I told them this a long time ago!!
They had 2 additional weeks after the emergency filing to add all my creditiors and they left off some MAJOR CREDITORS!!!
I asked about a lien strip and I did not get a response on that. I keep calling but I get buffered by the parallegal who knows nothing and does not want the attorney to know she knows nothing.
What should I do?!
