Ekk.. 341 is today at 2pm. Little nervous, but aren't we all?
I'll post how it goes by tomorrow..
Thanks for the well wishes- it worked!
It was very very easy. We arrived 2 hours early, i wanted to listen to the other cases.
Our trustee was a very nice and friendly guy (probably in his early 40's)
He asked everyone to read an oath: state their name, address and recite a few other things. Then he asked if the tax return he had was a true copy and the most recent, then he asked if all assets were listed. That was it!
That's literally all his asked everyone who was there for their meeting.
There was probably 3 people that got asked a few more questions; mostly because of mistakes on paperwork. But he was still very nice to them. No grilling!
He even said good luck to everyone.
One thing i am glad about: i didn't hire a lawyer and in my area it was well worth it not to. The people that had mistakes- had attorney's for the most part. I don't know if these people just chose cheap attorneys or what, but they did not have it together!
