Day 67 and No Discharge Yet, Normal?

I live in Cincinnati Ohio, and I had my 341 meeting on September 15, and my 60 days have gone by and nothing was relayed to me that there was a problem with my Bankruptcy.

It was a no asset chapter 7, no home or cars, just cc debt I wanted to get rid of.

I went to my lawyers website and it says date of discharge N/A....But all my other information is on there.

I don't have money for pacer either, and just wondering why there is a hold up...

    Yes, normal.

Courts are busy. Should be any time, but nothing to worry about.

I was in the same situation, 341 was 9/14, had not heard anything this week after 60 days plus about 10 days. I set up an account with PACER on Monday, checked PACER today and woohoo, discharge was just put on PACER today. What a relief. I was really worried that I had not heard anything. Now I will have a great "Thanksgiving". Check PACER to see when discharge is posted. Good Luck

very earliest you can get discharged. You're dealing with federal bureaucrats that get paid the same whether they do their jobs well or not, so don't sweat 61 days or even 75 days.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

My attorney said possibly about three months, we are backed up here in Minnesota. December 14th is my last day for objections, but I would not even bother with PACER or calling the attorney until January 14 or so.
