I am attempting to fill out the Schedule C, but I'm not sure about my potential income tax refund. I haven't filed my taxes and won't until maybe February or March. Hopefully my BK will have discharged by then. So do I list my potential refund on the Schedule C? I am in Nevada and I don't see an exemption for it...

There is usually never an exemption specifically to exempt income tax refunds. You exempt them by using your wildcard exemption, and only if your wildcard exemption allows for cash exemptions of a significant amount (for example, some States only permit up to $250 cash to be exempted!).
Also, Earned Income Credit is automatically exempted, but you still need to list that as an exemption.
From what I can tell, Nevada has no wildcard exemption... so you're out of luck, unless the wages are from Earned Income Credit.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
