Trustee Report - should i be concerned

I knew the trustee was filing a report of no distribution, but i just looked up the docket report on pacer. this was what I saw

"This case was pending for 1 months. Assets Abandoned: $ XXXX.00, Assets Exempt: Not Available, Claims Scheduled: $ XXXX.00, Claims Asserted: Not Applicable, Claims scheduled to be discharged without payment: $ XXXX.00"

I had used exemptions for all the assets they are listing as abandoned. Some of this was personal property like clothes, etc. Does this mean the trustee is planning on taking everything I thought was exempted?

This is a good report for you! When the Trustee says it is "abandoned" the Trustee means HE/SHE (the Trustee) has NO INTEREST in your stuff! So it is yours.

the trustee is planning on leaving you alone, don't worry about it! the only thing that matters is "no distribution". that means no creditor gets anything - who cares whether they don't get it because it's exempt or because it's abandoned. the result is the same. plus, other than deciding on the "no distribution" the rest of this docket entry is computerized, so it totally doesn't matter. be happy!
