Filed our Chapter 7 this week and the BK court has record of it as of yesterday. It says last date for objections will be 5-18-2010. I know the attorney said due to tax time it will drag out for a while and we will have to show trustee tax forms for this year so they can see if they decide to take any of it. Isn't that date awful far out there. The phone recording said it was a no Assett case or that is how we filed it.

I goofed again. I listened to the recording and it says "governmental unit". I imagine it has to do with the fact that I also stand to inherit some money but not sure when it will disburse. I imagine the trustee will be all over that but it is what it is. The attorney seemed to think they would only be after my tax refund if it was fairly large and this year it won't be.Comment
