My 341 is tomorrow!

Well, the day is finally here! We filed on September 29th and our 341 is FINALLY almost here! I guess the courts must be really backed up, when our 341 takes almost 60 days. But, we're ready. I'm a little nervous, but I feel ok about it, especially thanks to all the wonderful advice on this forum!

My biggest concern is that it takes longer than expected due to delays. Our 341 is scheduled for 11:00am and I have a 3:00pm flight that I have to get! Originally, I wasn't even going to be able to make the 341, but I was able to find a late afternoon flight that still got me to where I need to go on time. But, I'm just nervous that everything will be delayed.

All in all, I'm looking forward to it being over and getting into the 60 day club!

It all depends on other people's 341's goes, and if everyone has their documents, and schedules right.

But most take 3-4 minutes long

Just make sure you have your ID and SS cards and anything else you were told to bring. Try to get a good night's sleep. Hard, I know. Good luck!

Have you turned in your first debtors course? Before the 341?

The second course. Not mandatory before 341 but needs to be done within 30 days I think of the 341.
