Is this where all of the D/C debts are put besides student loans? I am trying to figure out exactly what is going to be put in our bankruptcy. We are retaining the cars and home but there is part on Schedule D that shows part of my home as unsecured (I have a 2nd mortgage but this amount is more than what I owe on it) and I do not understand how part of my home is unsecured. Basically, where do I find the amount we are putting on the BK?
