Now what you can do is to call the clerk of the BK court in your district and ask for a list of attorneys. Odds are that the clerk and the personnel in the office will give you a list of the ones THEY like to deal with. After all, they work with these people each and every day. they know which attorneys are professional, competent, well-prepared with a minimum of mistakes, and who are on time. Likewise, they also know which ones are not any of those things, and are rude and discourteous ot the clerical staff to boot. If they are rude to the clerks, they are likely to be rude and discourteous to the clients as well.
